What items are prohibited in the bins?
We cannot accept hazardous materials. This includes paint cans, chemicals, propane tanks, tires, and batteries. If you are unsure about an item, please call us at 437-755-5885 before loading it.
How long can I keep the bin?
Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need the bin for longer, simply give us a call to arrange an extension.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. As long as the driveway or drop-off location is clear and accessible, our driver can safely place the bin without you being there.
How much notice do I need to book a bin?
Will the bin damage my driveway?
We take great care to protect your property. Our drivers can place wood planks under the bin rollers to prevent scratches or damage to your driveway or pavers.
Do you load the bin for me?
For standard bin rentals, you fill it yourself. If you prefer not to do the heavy lifting, ask about our “Junk Removal” service—we’ll send a team to load everything up and haul it away for you.
How high can I fill the bin?
Please only fill the bin to the top edge (“level load”). For safety reasons, we cannot transport bins that are overflowing, as debris could fall out while driving. If you have more waste, let us know and we can swap the bin for an empty one.
When do I pay for the service?
or new residential customers, we require payment upon booking or delivery. You can pay easily online with a credit card or arrange an e-transfer.
